Product Description

Electromagnetic Flow meter is a high-precision, high-reliability flow meter. It is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurry in closed pipes, and is widely used in industries such as iron and steel, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, metallurgy, mining, paper making, water supply and drainage, food, medicine and so on.

Features

  1. Not affected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and
    conductivity;
  2. No moveable parts in the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and lower requirements for straight pipe sections.
  3. Two-way measurement system with three built-in totalizers, forward total, reverse total and difference total;
  4. Display forward and reverse flow, various outputs: current, pulse, digital communication , HART;
  5. Reasonable selection materials of liner and electrode, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance;
  6. Converter adopts excitation mode, has low power consumption, stable zero point and high accuracy.
  7. Using surface mount technology (SMT), with self-test and self-diagnosis alarm output, empty load detection alarm output, flow rate upper and lower limit alarm output, batch control and other functions
  8. Through infrared touch buttons, parameter setting is convenient and programming is reliable;
