Standard throttling devices are: Standard Orifice, ISA Standard Nozzle, Long Neck Nozzle, Classic Venturi and Venturi Nozzle; Non-standard throttling devices are: Annular Orifice, Quarter Circle Nozzle, Quarter Circle Orifice plate, conical inlet orifice plate, round orifice plate, eccentric orifice plate, double orifice plate, low pressure loss flow tube, rectangular venturi tube, V-cone flow meter, wedge flow meter, built-in orifice plate, orifice board etc.

Principle

Throttling device is a flow device in which the fluid that fills the pipeline flows through the pipeline. The flow beam will form a local contraction at the throttling part, so that the flow rate increases and the static pressure decreases, so a static pressure difference is generated before and after the throttling piece .

Standard Orifice Plate

Standard orifice plate is a kind of product with simple structure, convenient installation and strongest adaptability among throttling devices. Its design, manufacture and use conform to the requirements of international standard ISO5167 or GB/T2624.

Classic Venturi

Classic Venturi, also known as Classical Venturi, is often referred to as Standard Venturi. Its design, manufacture and use are in line with international standards ISO5167 or GB/T2624, and are often used in the measurement of liquid and gas flow meters.

Insert Venturi

The plug-in venturi is to insert a small-diameter classic venturi into a large pipe, measure the differential pressure of the inserted venturi, and then know the flow. It can be used for gas flow measurement of large pipe diameter (such as blast furnace gas, flue gas, etc.)

Annular orifice plate

The annular orifice plate is a flow measurement device for measuring general fluids, and it can also be applied to the measurement of fluids containing various impurities (such as dust, suspension, sediment, etc.).
