Product Overview
The instrument consists of a measuring system, indicating device, electrical connector, housing, adjusting device, and junction box. YX- is a slow-moving contact type pressure gauge; YXC- is a magnetically assisted contact type pressure gauge; YXN- is a vibration-resistant electrical contact pressure gauge.
Product Applications
Contact pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power plant applications where general pressure gauges are permitted. When combined with compatible electrical components, the instrument can achieve automatic control of the measured system.
Structural Principle
The basic working principle of the instrument is as follows: Under pressure, the pointer (referred to as the moving pointer in this instrument) rises. When the moving pointer contacts the upper limit setting pointer in the electrical connector system, the instrument sends an electrical signal to the control system, causing the power source of the pressure system to stop working. Conversely, when the moving pointer contacts the lower limit setting pointer in the electrical contact system, the instrument sends another electrical signal to the control system, causing the power source of the pressure system to resume operation and pressurize the system.
