Overview

The wind pressure transmitter boasts high sensitivity, high accuracy, and strong overload resistance. It utilizes imported sensors, with highly integrated sensor and amplifier circuitry. The die-cast aluminum alloy housing features a painted finish, eliminating the need for zero-point and gain adjustments. It exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities, acid and alkali resistance, and long-term stability and reliability.

Working Principle

The wind pressure transmitter employs an imported pressure chip. The sensitive element is formed into a resistor using diffusion or ion implantation processes and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. A pressure-sensitive diaphragm is formed beneath the bridge using micromachining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance changes, generating a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure. Applying a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge produces a DC voltage signal output. After a secondary conversion circuit, a two-wire 4-20mA output is achieved.

Features

High stability; long-term stability at full scale and zero point reaches 0.2%FS/year. Within the compensation temperature range of 0~70℃, the temperature drift is less than 0.2%FS, and less than 0.5%FS across the entire allowable operating temperature range.

It features reverse polarity protection and current limiting protection circuits. Reversing the positive and negative terminals during installation will not damage the transmitter. In case of abnormalities, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35mA.
