Product Overview:
To enable general-purpose pressure gauges to measure the pressure of highly corrosive, high-temperature, high-viscosity, easily solidifying media, media containing suspended solids, and in applications where direct entry of the measured medium into the general-purpose pressure instrument is necessary, along with prevention of sediment buildup and easy cleaning, a diaphragm gauge system consisting of a diaphragm isolator and a general-purpose pressure instrument must be used.
Product Applications:
Diaphragm gauges are mainly used in the production processes of petrochemical, alkali production, chemical fiber, dyeing, pharmaceutical, food, and dairy industries to measure the pressure of fluid media.
Structural Principle
When the pressure P of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms, compressing the sealing fluid of the pressure gauge’s measuring system, creating a pressure P-P. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is sufficiently low, P is also small, and the pressure formed by the pressure gauge’s measuring system is close to the pressure of the measured medium.
