Product Overview:
Normal pressure gauge (marked with “Y”), Pressure vacuum gauge (marked with “YZ”), Vacuum gauge (marked with “Z”). Distinguishing from the installation, there are two types: radial and axial.
Product Applications:
This series of products is widely used in pipelines and containers transporting gases and liquids to measure the working pressure of liquids and gases that are non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-corrosive to alloys. The instruments have advantages such as small size, compact structure, stable performance, safety and reliability, clear and intuitive display.
Structural Principle
The measuring system of the instrument consists of a connector and a Bourdon tube. Changes in the measured pressure cause displacement at the free end of the Bourdon tube, which drives the pointer at the end of the sector gear via a connecting rod, indicating the corresponding pressure value on the dial. To eliminate backlash between the sector gear and the shaft gear, a disc-shaped hairspring is installed on the shaft gear.
